We are delighted once again to sponsor the Autumn New Forest Wildlife Camp. The camp will be held at the newly renovated Cameron’s Cottage in the New Forest from 27th to 29th October 2023.

This event is aimed at young wildlife enthusiasts between the ages of 12 and 18 and provides a fantastic opportunity to experience the wildlife of the New Forest in the company of like-minded people.

Participants will be guided by a team of DBS-approved New Forest wildlife experts, who will share their knowledge and passion for nature as well as providing careers advice for budding conservationists. 

The camp will start at 1800 on the Friday and finish at 1600 on Sunday.

Camp activities:

• Wildlife observation
• Bird ringing and ID skills
• Moth trapping
• Nocturnal bat recording
• Mammal camera trapping
• Bioblitz
• Conservation career talks

Cost
Participants will be provided with meals, accommodation, and transportation during the weekend. The all-inclusive participation fee is £25 per person.
