Sarah and Ed go the distance

After weeks and weeks of non-stop sunshine, the heaven opened on Sarah and Ed as they completed their monumental walk fromWinchester Cathedral to Salisbury Cathedral and back again in one day.

53 miles in often driving rain was tough going for the pair but nothing would deter them from completing the challenge they set themselves.

After starting at 4.30am, walking 53 miles, taking 110,000 steps, Sarah and Ed arrived back at Winchester Cathedral at 10.30pm. They were sore, exhausted, wet and tired but so very happy to have completed this huge challenge. Congratulations. We are so grateful to them for raising such a phenomenal amount for us and Robbie's Rehab. Absolutely amazing.

Thank you to everyone for being so generous and supporting them, cheering them on, supplying food and cups of tea along the way!

There’s still time to donate if you haven’t had a chance yet:
