RSPB WildArt Competition

One of last year's winner - Katie aged 15
WildArt Competition 2019

We are delighted to be teaming up with the RSPB to inspire more young people to create a unique piece of wildlife art. What better way to start the summer holidays.

We're looking for talented young artists aged 0 to 17 to enter this exciting competition where the winners artwork will be displayed at the Mall Galleries, London together with the work of some of the top wildlife artists in the UK.

What to do
Create a beautiful picture of any wildlife you like (but not creatures in zoos or cages, or pets). You can be as imaginative as you like, but please try drawing wildlife as you see it in real life. Experiment with different materials - the more eco-friendly the better!

When your masterpiece is finished, write your name, age and address on the back and send it to:

WildArt,
RSPB Wildlife Explorers
The Lodge
Sandy
Bedfordshire
SG19 2DL

The competition is split into under 8s, 8-12 years, and 13 to 17 years inclusive. Visit rspb.org.uk/wildart for full terms and conditions.

If you are too old to enter please forward to any young budding artists you know.

I am so excited to be on the panel to judge the entries and can’t wait to spend a day with RSPB looking at beautiful pieces of art. Winners will receive prizes as well as being displayed at the Society of Wildlife Artists Natural Eye Exhibition at the Mall Galleries in London from 24th October to 3rd November.

The closing date for entries is 16th August, 2019.

Good luck!

Best wishes,
Corinne
